The Indemnity waiver is downloadable below in pdf format. If you have booked a ride, please download, print and fill the form.
You should bring your completed form with you and hand it to your wrangler before the start of the ride.
The content of the indemnity waiver is published below for all horseback riders.
Please note that no-one may ride without signing and submitting a waiver form. No exceptions.

By riding with any of the undermentioned parties you are implicitly accepting that you understand the inherent risks of horseback riding and related activities and will hold harmless all parties should any kind of accident occur.

Deposit $49 per rider Payable by credit/debit card
Balance $100 per rider Due in CASH directly to the wrangler
Risk: All participants understand that they expose themselves to the risks inherent to the practice of certain sports or activities. In doing so, they waive the right to take any legal action against The Provider for material loss, bodily injury, moral damage, or death.
Acknowledgement of Risks and Release: Please read carefully:
WARNING: There are significant elements of risk in any adventure, sport, or activity associated with any outdoor activity. I realize that they cannot be eliminated in a wilderness, plains, or wetlands environment. Some of these elements, but not limited to, include hiking in rugged country, all activities associated with horseback riding, encounters with wildlife, animals and insects, temperature extremes, inclement weather conditions and the unavailability of medical attention. I understand the risks, hazards and dangers described above. I understand that these activities require good physical conditioning and a degree of skill and knowledge. I believe I have that good physical conditioning and the degree of skill and knowledge necessary for me to engage in these activities safely.
I AM VOLUNTARILY USING THE SERVICES OF THE PROVIDER AND ALL REPRESENTATIVES THEREOF WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE OF THE INHERENT RISKS, HAZARDS AND DANGERS INVOLVED AND HEREBY ASSUME AND ACCEPT ANY AND ALL RISKS FOR MYSELF AND ANY MINORS I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR, AND SHALL HOLD HARMLESS THE PROVIDER AND ALL REPRESENTATIVES THEREOF.

NB. Each rider over 18 years old must sign a waiver. Each rider under 18 yrs must have a parent/guardian adult co-sign their waiver.
